I am a dedicated MADTUNER customer, he has been tuning Ls pcms for quite some time now and I am more than confident he is capable of providing the same outstanding service as he has for the Lt1/4....

As for the other tuners, I would have to say they have the very same ability call a few and see what they say go with the one that makes you feel most comfortable.

If you would trust pcmforless to tune your LT1 pcm why wouldn't you use them for your LS1 pcm?

I used him at one point and wont ever again.

I know Alvin (of PCMforLess) has tuned several 24x conversions, including a Ram Jet 502 with 24x conversion.

I have heard that Brian (of PCMforLess) has tuned several 24x conversions.

For best results (regardless the fuel management system), use a local tuner who has a good reputation. In that way tuning will be based on actual air/fuel readings and other engine operating data. This should go without being said.

I had speed inc do a base tune for me to get mine running. It runs pretty much bang on. I have to do some minor fine tuning with the idle and and part throttle, but it runs like a champ.

I would trust Ion to tune my care before some local guy. Think about it, Ion does hundreds of fbodies. Local tuners do who knows what.

A competent local tuner is better than a mail order, period. A mail order is a guess, live tuning uses real time feedback to dial in the car. No comparison.
