What's this plug into?
 
First time getting my car on a lift and saw this, passenger side upfront.

Could be for the low coolant sensor. Do you have a low coolant light on?

The low coolant light should be on if the sensor was unplugged.

Yeah the fix i'm use to is unplugging it turns off the light.

I've been told from people with MUCH more knowledge then me that that is indeed for the low coolant sensor, and to keep it unplugged unless you like having a light. Plugging it in will keep the dash light on no matter how much coolant you have in most cases.

Sorry o2v8 these guys are exactly right the light should be OFF when unplugged, Had this same problem on my 98 the light would stay on even when it was full , unplugged it and the light when off. Replacing the sensor should replace the system to normal.
