Lt1 Problems! help?

Lt1 Problems! help? well i recently traded my trans am for a bone stock 95 camaro z28 with the Lt1 has a newer motor (higher intake also?) everything under the hood looks great.
i was driving and it randomly quit on me no hesitation just died, i went to fire it up to get out of the street and it just cranks like no spark. if i wait a while it will fire like nothing ever happend it drove fine for about 3 weeks until this occoured since it happend it has done it 1 other time.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?? please help
Also has spark and lots of it lol (figured out the hard way)
