Default pushing oil out of the oil fill tube

So I've got about 1200 miles on the car after swapping a motor back in it, I know I have a small leak on the front of the motor to fix, but today I noticed that my Passenger side VC had oil on it coming from under the fill tube screwed into the VC. I pulled it off to make sure the little seal on it was good, and it is. Is there a seal that sits on the cover itself or another oring on the tube aside from whatever is on the end of the threads (like a small rubber seal that runs around it)

It's not pushed a lot of oil, just barely enough to make the cover dirty that I saw it today. I know all my vac lines are hooked up right from all the pics of Box's site so it should not be crankcase pressure pushing it out.

Ideas?

Default

and pushing out the valve cover bolt holes too, now thats odd to me unless this pair of covers has been torqued on and bent before... I'll snug them down a bit just to double check.
