Default Where do I run my oil line

I am trying to plumb my oil lines for my remote turbo build on my 94 Vette... and i do not know where to plug this line in to get pressurized oil. Mine has an oil temp sensor screwed in the same exact location. There is a square socket bolt right above the filter. Is that where i should be tapping into or should I be looking at the bolt above the sensor?

It's confusing because this is the diagram I got from searching around showed right where I have a oil temp sensor pluged in

You can get sockets for those plugs almost anywhere. Many are just 3/8 and you can just use a ratchet. Not 100% if thats the one you want for your line though.

It's definitely not 3/8 because my ratchet won't go into it... it is just a little smaller than the ratchet.... i can not find a wrench or socket that fits this thing anywhere, I've tried sears, harbor freight, Home Depot, and the car supply stores. Where else would I get oil from if not from there.

I got my set from my snap on guy but I still see them at those same stores around here. Did you try looking online at all?

No I don't even know the exact size or what the bolt is called.... I think it's called a Square Drive or a Robertson.... is that the location where you ran your oil lines (where that plug is in the oil filter adapter housing). If so what size is that bolt

It's probably a 5/16 square drive, if it is just a little smaller than 3/8. You can use a piece of 5/16 square stock in an 8 point or universal socket.

You also could just add some fittings at the oil temp sensor location and tee off of that port.

Where can I get the square stock and is that where i can get my oil from (the adapter) or should I just get it from where the oil temp sensor is and try to find a T fitting

Hardware store for the square stock. I don't know for sure if that is a pressure port for oil. Your choice on how to proceed.
