So i finished my remote turbo build on my 94 Vette however I have a bad oil leak right where my oil return goes through my oil cap. Is it possible to purchase a oil cap or a set of valve covers that has a -10an flared male adapter built into it? I need to do something because this thing just gushes oil all over my headers. This is the closest thing I found which according to the picture it looks like it could fit. Has any one tried this part on a 94 corvette LT1

That is where I read you were supposed to route it... to the top of the motor

Drill hole in valve cover, bring to welding shop, weld in fitting, success.

They are composite valve covers... I may just have to drill a hole and mount a 10 an fitting to it.

OP -

I had the same problem; my solution was to spend a little time at the local hardware store and find a few large flat rubber washers and some flat steel washers then sandwich the oil cap (inside and out) with the washer sets - 5 years no leaks.

Having said that, I also used a pass side valve cover flipped over on the driver's side, so I would not need to remove the turbo's oil return set up every time I wanted to add oil.

Good luck!

(Oh, and SNM's solution / fitting suggestions would be an elegant solution too!)
