Default Fuel Pump Relay Fuse Location?

I haven't posted here in awhile but I'm finally about to have my z28 running. But anytime we turn the key, the fuel pump won't come on. But my friend jumped the relay and it came on just fine. We're trying to find the fuse to it but can't. Where is it located?

So are you saying you don't have voltage at the relay connector on the orange wire? Or did you just jumper it across the connector (orange to grey) and it worked (not a fuse problem, if so)? Or did you use the prime connector to jump it? Orange goes to the PCM BAT fuse. Relay control on the dark green/white wire comes from the PCM.
