Well heres the story guy i changed out my water pump made sure the opti did not get wet and well i hooked everything back up but seems the car wont start it cranks it sparks fuel and the whole 9 yards it just wont start any ideas?

Something is not hooked up right, plug wires in right spots? Opti harness connected? Coil to opti wire connected?

Yea..if your getting fuel and spark and the waterpump is all you did. something isnt hooked up correctly. Go back and recheck.

hmmmmmmmmm im going to go back on my next day off but also noticed my security light is on could this also be part of something not being connected?

BTW, if you have a 355, it's still not a technically a 5.7L anymore
