Default 396 LT1 Short Block for Sale

AS PREVIOUSLY POSTED:

$3000 plus shipping or local pickup from Putnam, CT.

-Bored .30 over
-3.875 Forged Eagle Crank
-Splayed 4 bolt main caps
-6" Eagle Rods
-SRP Forged Aluminum Flat top pistons with 5cc valve relief part # 144995
-Hastings rings
-Comes with Heavy duty Timing chain, lifters, newer Opti, Timing cover, and new oil pan, and camshaft (see cam specs below).
-DOES NOT COME WITH ATI SUPER DAMPER

Cam Specs:
-Custom Grind Cam Comp Cams
-248/254 duration @ .50
-.375/.387 lobe lift
-110LSA
-I used AFR 210 55cc heads that used rocker ratios of 1.6 intake and 1.52 on the exhaust and lift is .600/.588 respectively.

Pictures below reflect each individual cylinder fyi.

*Note the pistons were clearanced professionally by Golen Engines in NH for clearance on the larger valves that were on the AFR 210CC heads, if you plan on using heads with larger valves at the least the clearancing is already done!

Pretty good deal if someone is looking for a budget built with quality forged parts that is slap on ready to go.

For that much money I don't think I would be happy with pistons that look like a kid in middle school got ahold of a ice pick, his dad's grinder and a dremel to clearance them.

Gotta lock this up but I'll leave it posted as it's LT1 specific.

Please re-post it in the appropriate classifieds section.
