Default HELP! Car won't start, obdi won't read

Hey guys, 1994 pontiac trans am 5.7ltr. I've been having rad problems for a little while now with minor leaks from the overflow(i think) and my low coolant light has been on. I'm hoping it's not related. I was on my way home from some errands and my check engine light came on. Went to give my friend a ride home not even 15 min after shutting it off, And it wouldn't start again. It'll turn over but not start. I have a GM code reader, but when I tried to diagnose my car it turned my check engine light off, didn't flash*, turned my coolant fan on, witch I've never even friggin heard before, and made my wipers wipe on there own. Related to the wipers, sometimes my door locks and trunk button won't work either. I know there are multiple issues but could anyone give me a good idea of what I need to do first and what could be going on?

well, If your car wont start and you have a code then somehow you have to read the code before we can really help. When you plug something into the ALDL port it should kick your fans on for just a second but the windshield wipers and something random. lock switches and trunk button *should* be unrelated.

If it is a "code reader" that is supposed to flash the check engine light, it won't work. You need a real scanner (or cable and software).

Okay so like free scan? I've read about it a lot but idk if it can be trusted.
