Default Do I Need New Piston Rings? Filed some too much

I am building my first engine (383 LT1) and made a mistake when gaping my piston rings. I will be running a 150 shot and planned for a .024" top ring gap and .026" second ring gap but filed two of the second rings too big. One is about .030 and the other .032". All others are spot on.

Do you think the two larger second rings will have much of an impact and should I order new ones? For reference, this is mainly going to be a fun street car with occasional nitrous.

Thanks - sorry for the duplicate post. I put this in the N2O section originally and wasn't getting a response and it's really not a nitrous specific question.

The more expensive ring sets are just over a 100 bucks. What are u worried 'bout? Contact the vendor that sold them and see if they will work something out for just 2 rings.

You should be able to buy individual rings. Do it right the first time.
