I presume you mean what stall rating?
How are you using the car and what gears? Plans to further modify?
If daily driver with 3.42+ gears I would do 28-3200, if you want max strip performance then you might go as high as 3600. This is all in a 9.5" converter from a GOOD company not some $400 crap.
