Time for a new set. Mine are pretty cruddy after not having the car run correctly and running super, super rich. I am currently running a set of ngk br7ef's gapped at about .027. They're in a low compression 383 with 14lbs of boost, supercharged. I have a crane hi 6 box and msd coil. Curious if these are still the best choice or if technology has gotten better.
