Default impala crank hub

Anyone happen to know 96 impala crank hub length?I have one from a 96 l99 and would like to know if it will work...tried searching but no luck..thanks

wouldnt the B-Body hub be the longest since the accesories are out further?Thanks

Since the L99 went only in B-bodies, I have to say that one will work in your Impala. L99 and LT1 external dimensions are the same.

Both are the same hub being a 96. A 94/95 hub won't work on a 96 though. OBD II and reluctor wheel is the reason.

Also, I haven't been able to log on the Impala forum either. They really screwed it up!!!

Hub length info I found I had stashed away:

92-95 Corvette, 93-95 Camaro/Firebird 3.519"
96 Corvette, 96-97 Camaro/Firebird 3.419"

94-95 Impala/Roadmaster/Caprice/Fleetwood 4.09"
96 Impala/Roadmaster/Caprice/Fleetwood 3.99"
