Default pcv fresh air hose check valve

Instead of putting a catch can on the clean side of the pcv system, could i put a check valve so when at wot no oil works its way into the intake?? Already have a catch can on the driver side

How is the engine going to breathe if you do that? Crankcase pressure will probably start trying to find another way out in places you don't want it to.

The "fresh air hose" is actually called a breather tube. Meaning the airflow within the hose is neutral. That is for the supply of air when the engine is under vacuum and is a means to evacuate normal blowby when the engine is under load. Just leave it alone.
