Then once my hotside was 90% finished you popped up again .

Only things I dislike on my setup is obviously plug access and wastegate placement. Other than that as long as it works, Im happy!
sorry about that. I took some time off for health reasons, didn't check the emails at the time.

Unlikely, but if I ever do get another LT1 to use as an actual car and not a track toy, it will be getting one of your A/C compatible kits and only tuned to ~600hp for a daily.

Hard to beat a turbo for a quick street car...tame and easy to drive in comfort off boost and on pump gas, and a monster when spooled and with meth or race gas.

turbos do make for a fun street car. Run around on 8psi, then I hit a button and run 15psi! The versatility is awesome, the tires hooking is my problem lol.

Installed the hotpartparts from post #25 on the car. Took 30 minutes with no radiator or windshield washer tank, no sway bar, and the accessory bracket off. None of this is necessary for install, however, it allowed me to install the hotparts from the top of the car (car sitting on the ground) in a half hour. You can feed the down pipe thru the front of the nose and around the steering linkage without disconnecting the steering linkage from the rack.

Impressive work! What kind of numbers do you think you could make with one of your kits in a max effort LT1 set-up? I see some of your kits mounted to a fact k-member - would an aftermarket k-member open up the possibilities for better routing and plug access? I'm just dreaming about my next "step" if it ever comes. Thanks

The hotside and turbo will not be the choke point if you size the turbine correctly.

Fuel, motor and trans will limit you well before the hotside

Most of his kits now have great plug access.

Like shownomercy said, usually it is the motor combo that is the restriction. If you want a street setup with factory k, the 3" DP that you normally used with a 7675 will max out around 850-900rwhp with a manual (less with an auto). The restriction in that setup is a single 3" DP with 75mm turbine wheel. If you have the motor for more, and can run a bigger DP with tubular k or fender dump, sky is the limit.

I have done some bigger builds, one grudge car is in the 1200rwhp range (big single with exhaust dump for downpipe.

I typically do street setups since most LT1 owners don't spend big money on serious motors.
