Default NO Start when hot 93 Z28 LT1

This vehicle purrs up until it gets hot then stumbles and stahls, it will not restart until cooled down.
has MSD ignition and coil, could this be failing when hot.
Fan does not kick in until 230, that seems really hot, can this be changed?

You have to check out the MSD unit to find out.

Fans- was it always this way? Is this a factory system? Did you wire the fans in seperately?

First thing I would do is verify fuel pressure

sounds symptomatic of a failing fuel pump.

This could be one related problem. i don't know. My high speed only problem was not.

Have the fans always waited until engine temp reaches 230* before turning on?
Are the low speed fans are not coming on? They're pretty quiet-much more so than the high speed mode.

I'm asking because my transplant did the same thing. In the end there were just two wires backwards. However, if your fan system has just started to do what its doing, it might be fuel related somehow.

Short side, it may be a faulty relay in the fans and a seperate fuel pump issue.

have you checked for spark when it wont start? also agree with myltwon, check fuel pressure when wont start. coil, ignition coil/control module and fuel pump do come to mind and can fail or become weak when hot or up to operating temp.

Likely the temp sensor in the water pump. Once the car warms up, dies, and won't restart, try starting it while holding the gas pedal to the floor, or by unplugging the temp sensor in the wp first.
