Default 95-97 Firehawk/ws6 worth

I realize there is no ws6 in 95 but you get the idea. I am in the market for a hawk or ws6 formula. I've seen a few but prices seem insane. What would you anticipate paying for a 1-2 owner stock m6 hawk or ws6 formula with 30-60k miles?

Brother in law sold his 94 firehawk for $7500. It had 148K miles, but it was hands down the cleanest Fbody I've ever seen. It had headers, cutouts, 12 bolt/4.10 gears, and suspension.

I paid $9,000 just last month for a 97 SS completely bone stock with only 51,000 miles on it. They were asking 11,300. Obviously not a ws6 or hawk, but you get the idea.

And do you regret not getting an ls1 at that price? I think lt1 looks better. But we all know the performance differences.

For me personally, I just think the 96-97 SS cars look much better than the LSx SS cars and I like the exclusivity of how you don't see the LT SS cars everywhere. So I didn't mind getting into LS1fbody money area.

And oh yes, the performance difference is astounding. I just got rid of my 2003 z06 that had a big cam and all kinds of other supporting mods that made 430rwhp. Maybe a LSx swap is in my future for this Fbod
