Default LS1 steering shaft

Does anyone know where to get an LS1 steering shaft that has already been modified and clocked correctly for an LT1 with an LT1 steering rack? I saw a post with someone offering to sell one to another member, but I think that post was over 5 years old. I had some..... issues, replacing my LT1 shaft and transferring over my ragjoint eliminator.

There's two good write-ups to get you to do the shaft correctly. It's a very easy modification it will take you roughly 15 minutes to clock it in the correct position and install it

Thanks, I got impatient and ended up ordering one after re-reading the write up. I have all the tools needed + an air hammer which should really make it easy. It honestly looks quite a bit easier than the rag joint eliminator on the LT1 shaft. Drilling out the rivets after separating the two halfs, one hole started drilling extremely crooked and cut into the shaft section around the rivet.

Back in the day the rag-joint eliminator kit was a great fix to a problem. Thankfully, after 50 years GM eliminated the rag-joint for us.
