As titled is anyone running a Twin Turbo LT-1 setup where you were able to retain the A/C?

This is the only Lt1 with twins that retained AC, I may be incorrect. Jim Moran

Negative, just did some searching he deleted the A.C.

dang, thanks for trying. I have a huge space where my battery used to be and all I've ever seen is guys running a Twin turbo LS1's utilizing the left and right sides (Battery and passenger side and Intake driver side spaces) to stuff the turbo's in. Thought that would be enough space to retain the A/C on the LT-1 if the turbo's lived in those spaces instead. But when I see twins on the LT1 I see guys mounting them in front of the Opti or small turbo's running off the sides but with NO A/C and the alternator relocation kit.

Not that this has to do with anything but I thought this was interesting...

From my memory, his car did retain AC. This profile page confirms it.

That's a pretty car, spared no detail on that thing. Looks like he ran his turbos in the Battery/Intake areas at least it looks that way.

I was so amazed at how clean his undercarriage was I forgot about the rest of his car as beautiful as that engine setup was it took 2nd place to that clean *** underbelly. Makes you ashamed to look under your car. Set that as a new goal 1. Super Shiny undercarriage. Mine is dirty and complete with that half painted drive shaft tunnel where GM got lazy.

true!

easy to keep a/c if you plan on terminating the DP's in front of k or fender exits. It's squeezing past the k with two pipes to run to the back that's the problem.

Now... if you merge the two DP's into a single 4" to squeeze over the k and past the steering linkage... then you can keep A/c. Run the single 4" all the way to the catback, or do true duals. I would weld on a single 4" electric cutout before you run it down to the catback.

Thanks for the info. Is that a stock K member issue or is that still an issue if you're using the BMR after market type too?

BMR k is required to do what I mentioned above. If you used a stock K, you could only squeeze a 3" pipe past the steering shaft (between k and steering shaft).
