That's weird, I've never had an issue. Keith always emails or texts me right away when I have questions and has been extremely helpful. In my honest opinion. Other peoples experience can be taken with a grain of salt. Don't get me wrong reviews can be extremely helpful but in the long run the only way to be 100% positive is to experience it for yourself which can be hard to do when money is being spent. I read the bad reviews as well, but the fact that PCMforless got back to me right away I went with them. I have not been disappointed, With my current heads the tune was kind of a shot in the dark as we don't know the specific's behind the port work. But he did an extremely good job and once I start logging he can fine tune it for me. That's just my experience as I've stated others may differ
