Yes you can eliminate the look up tests for O2 sesors with LT1 OBD-II Edit. this only applies to 96-97 cars. 94-95 car do not have O2s behing the cat

For those who don't have the LT1 edit program, you can use the O2 simulators on your 96-97 for bolton applications. I used them when I had my 97 Z. I guess in your case your pretty modified Nitrousjunkie

TwoFast is correct, If your sending the PCM in to have it tuned,
