Putting heads and Intake on?

Putting heads and Intake on? ok im about to get a set of port/polished LT4 heads and ported intake..
the number i got from the guy are they did 286 intake and 195 exhaust at like .550.....
so what im wanting to know is what do i need to replace me heads...
gaskets and any others!!
i have a new timing chain and gears since i put my cam in so i wont need one of those!!
i would like the steps please!
i know i can do this, may take a day or 2, but i am capable of doing that!!

1 very important problem solver is new gasket/washers for the crossover tubes in the back of the heads (need 4ea). And if planning on dropping the oil pan, be sure to take out low oil level sending unit from the pan or you'll break it. $30 at parts store ( just broke one takin it out.)
