dont even bother putting the crank pulley on.. i put on march crank pulley and alternator pully and it didnt do a damn thing... shoot that bitch on ebay and make your money back
however if you have also installed a tornado air and believe there is power to be found from putting a tiny bit smaller pulley on a car with stock internals then here is what you need:
a ratchet set
a 3 bolt pulley puller thing (or just start banging it with a hammer and working it back and forth)
and thats about it...
take your crank/balancer pulley off of the hub, put the new piece of **** on the hub, put your old crank/balancer thinggy on the new crank pulley, use the extended bolts to bolt it back on and then put your belt on.... shouldnt take too long
