Are all comp cam 306's the same?

Are all comp cam 306's the same? I am looking to buy one from a guy and its stamped comp cam 07-306-8 and off to the side it has 110. My question is aren't these cams 112 lsa if so then what would that 110 mean. Thanks

It is more likely than not ground on a 110 LSA. LSA=lobe seperation angle, kinda of a long technical explanation to explain but the lower the LSA the lopier the cam is.

Most go no lower than 112.

It can be ground on a 110 and probably is.

Then I believe there is a billet core cc306 and the non-billet core 306.
