Low 13's Budget Build???

I was wondering if anyone of you guys have a budget build-up [bolt-ons mostly, heads/cam on the extreme end] on what it would take to put an A4 LT1 in the low 13s on street tires, and no stall?

Here's what I have so far: Borla, Moroso CAI, 1LE elbow, Spohn LCA, LT4 KM. On the way: New tires, TB by-pass, TB airfoil.
Future plans for this year: 3.42 gears, aluminum driveshaft, 52mm TB [local swapmeet coming up], Pacesetter LT, Y-Pipe with cats, torque arm.

why no stall? You could safely spray and be in the low 13s... otherwise all bolt ons should get an F-body into the low 13s. A set of Drag Radials would help. They're like a street tire :)

drag radials, CAI, 3.73's (3.23 will be ok if you already have), cutout, LT's and thats it.

Of course this is for the winter time at a sea level track.

My car has headers, cai, and some free mods and thats about it, and it runs low 13s....oh yeah i forgot the 4.10 in the rear :) But then again, my car is a m6...and the auto without the stall isnt such a good idea....i'd just throw a stall in it, not like its taking away from streetability or anything...go for it! :drive:

why no stall? it'll still feel stock but hit a lot harder. for a budget build. stall, 100-150shot (extremely safe on LT1), and all the bolt ons u have planned, switch to 3:73s and u should hit mid to high 11's on d/r's !!!!!!! Low 13s arent even a worthy goal imho. :)

My car is a daily driver for now [until late fall] and I don't want to mess with the tranny unless I have to. :)

Oh, lol. I never heard anyone call them Lt's. I was confused for a min there. Wow, I feel like an idiot...

You're killing yourself by not going with a higher stall torque converter..

Full bolt-ons and drag radials should get you there. Practice your launches.
