LT Header Q's

I am looking into a set of coated Pacesetter LT's. I was wondering what brand on-road y-pipe would fit well with those headers. I am unsure about the off-road y-pipe because I dont want to be illegal. What kind of sound difference will I see with catted LT's on my Flowmaster? Also whats the deal with the 02's, do I need to get new ones or extend them??? Lastly, I want to confirm that my car would pass inspection with a catted y-pipe and LT's in Pennsylvania and if I would need a tune?

You will need to extend the o2's.I have the dynotech cated y pipe and i love it.

pacesetter's ORY will work best with there own headers but other will work as well. I like pacesetters because of the crease in the pipe so it doesnt hit the floor board.

Around here, it is legal. You can have them open as long as you dont WOT it everywere.

ttt i need some help. Will long tubes with a catted y-pipe pass inspection? Will I need a tune with LT's and a catted y-pipe? and what catted y-pipes will fit nicely with Pacesetter LT's? so far I know of TSP and Dynotech

Technically, no. You can't alter the location of the cats. But from most people's experience, if you have dual cats with longtube headers the inspectors will see the cats and be happy. There is a risk you could fail if you get a really anal inspector and he knows where the cats are supposed to be. But the odds of that are slim.

LTs dont have the O2 sensor holes do they? How are they legal?

Just off the top of my head I think the Pacesetters do have provisions for O2's if you order them that way. I have Hookers and I just welded the bungs into the collectors that bolted up behind them. I of course ran extensions. In another story I ran some race gas and considering doing an O2 delete cuz I am thinking they might not work anymore anyway.
