Default Optispark question
OBD1 cars I'm told cant shift past 7100 because of the computer I'm told. My question is what happens if you do go past that limit? Will it through a code? What exactly happens?

Fuel shutoff on our pcms is 7200 rpms.

Will it throw a code? Will the opti lose signal that high which in turn would cut the fuel?

No idea if it will throw a code, all I know is that your pcm will cutoff the fuel supply sorry.
