Retarded Question of the Day Did all Z28s or whatever come with keyless entry? My car has most of the options but didn't come with the remote. Just wanted to make sure..
i would imagine that if some v6 camaros 93-97 have manual roll up windows that some have keyless entry but im not sure, i have personally never seen a 4th generation camaro without keyless entry.
hmm my z28 has roll up windows, and dosen't seem to have power locks. I've got a clicker but it just turns the alarm on and off, I don't know if that was factory installed or not.

i had the same problem dont know it the 94s or 96's are different but here is what they told me a while back. https://ls1tech.com/forums/wiring-stereo-electronics/459683-fatory-keyless.html i bought a remote and programed it and it has worked ever since

According to a '95 brochure I have the remote came with the option group 2, which included power windows,locks, and mirrors. Power locks could be had with option group 1, but there's no mention of the remote coming with them.
I have no options at all from the Factory. I got the Build Sheet for mine, and power nothing came with it. I got Cruise control as an extra in mine, and that's it. The rest was for speed...

I got it at GM. I got the First Option group, but I only got Cruise, Bose with Casette, A/C, Fog Lamps, Z28 Performance Package, 3.23 Posi Rear with Performace Axle, 4L60E Auto Transmission. That's it, nothing else.

Reason I asked about the build sheet is it travels down the assembly line with the car so the workers know what options to install. When finished with the assembly it's left in the car somewhere, under the rear seat, on top of the gas tank, etc. I can't find mine.
