LT4 heads with a 355?

LT4 heads with a 355? Is it possible to run a low 11 pass on all motor w/ a 355 and lt4 heads and intake? Being the heads are professionally ported. Or is 355 not enough cubes?

maybe with a LE or Joe O. cam and the heads ported really well.. then it should be possible with a good suspension and tires and some weight reduction... i have seen Joe O with some ported heads on a stock bottom end put down 450hp... so anything is possible...
