what size torqs? for the opti cap and rotor?

what size torqs? for the opti cap and rotor? what tools do i need, i see the cap had like a revesed torqs, i was able to remove them but whats the right tool to do that? and the rotor has a torqs too what size is that? thanks

This socket is good for taking off the cap.

The rotor screw size is T8 but a T7 will work. Sears has them individually in screwdriver handle style.
