96 z/28 worth, not running?
found a 96 z/28, a4, stock, with 98,000 miles,that lost oil pres. has t tops, its from tn. good intrer. with a crack on the dash how much do you think this cars worth?

$4k...possibly 3.5k if it doesn't run correctly.
*At around 100k alone, I would pay like $5k...but with problems...yeah....see how much it would cost to fix at your local repair shop before you get in too deep.

I'd say screw it then. There are many nice camaros out there with less miles. A good price for a Z28 is as follows:
LT1 Years(93-97)
75,000 Miles on the clock
Excellent Condition

Depends on how much you know and what you can do yourself. If you are willing to take the Motor out and re-build it, or find another car. That is alot of miles on it..

I'd be whilling to pay about $700 for the car, not much more. But I always find a car I want on the cheap. I just bought 2 running(almost got the caprice started) LT1 cars, that need very little to be road worthy, and 1 has a really nice body, other is so so, for $1700. Both cars have about 140k, so I know there's definatly some great life left in them, and you could likely find one you want, that doesn't need a motor transplant.
