Default Bare block sitting in the car...Will it very easily pull out the top?

Right now my bare block is sitting in the car awaiting heads and cam but I have some bad cam bearings. After dettaching the tranny witll the block and bell very easily lift out from the top with a cherry picker?

It sure appears that it would, am I wrong?

I've pulled the long block out from the top, didn't have intake, exhaust, or front brakets.

Can the tranny be pulled out still attached to or should I stay focused on the block?
