LT1 is acting up....

LT1 is acting up.... The LT1 in my Monte SS is a 93 Vette LT1 if it makes a difference... anyway heres my problem.
From a cold start the car will start up without a problem, but after that it takes literally 5-6 seconds for it to finally turn over. And it almost has no *****, i'll floor the car and it accelerates, but not like an LT1 usually would, because there is absolutely no kick when i hit it at say going 35-65MPH. Does this sound like an opti spark and bad wires issue, or this is something more severe that i should worry about?
