what head gasket for my 383 with nitrous
whats a good head gasket to use on my LT1 383 stroker , i plan on shooting 150 shot of nitrous, heads and block are NOT decked
several suggestions and part numbers would be apreciated
flat top pistons and stock heads with 5 angle valve job 1.6 rr gm 847 cam
i would also like to be between 10.5 to1 to 11 to 1 compression ratio

Mr Gasket CO. part # 5716 is a pair of Ultra Seal head gaskets that are good to 12.1:1 compression. They have a 4.110" bore dia and have a 0.026" compressed thickness.
As for you compression ratio its hard to tell. I have had stock casting "327" 2 bolt LT1 blocks with varrying deck heights on all four corners. Personally I would not even put the motor together until you have had it decked (locally it only costs $175). Like 96capricemgr stated your quench is going absolutely horrible.
