couple of Q's

okay, im going to be installing the lt4 hotcam kit in several months and i got a few questions. i figured since id have it tore done anways id might as well replace the lifters, pushrods and timing chain along with everything that comes in the kit.

1. Will a stock replacement timing set (like a cloyes) be sufficient for the lt4 hotcam?
2. Will stock replacent lifters be alright for the hotcam?
3. Do i need to run guidplates(didnt know if rockers in kit were SA or NSA)
4. Comp Cams P#249-7808-16 7.195'' 1987-Up with OE Hydraulic Roller
and will these pushrods be sufficient?

Help will greaatly be appreciated!

1. yes. stock timing set will be fine
2. yes, although you really don't even need to replace the lifters, the stock ones will work fine with the hotcam
3. no. rockers are SA
4. any good basic set of hardened pushrods in the stock length will work fine for the hotcam
