More does not equal better. It may make big numbers on the dyno but I think you will spend a lot of time trying to get it to perform and it wont compared to better thought out and matched combos.

Its built to be a nasty street car,and is set up to hook and go,but also be reliable and DONE right, what fun is a car if your working on it all the time? There are alot of hours in this car, cage and other things. It should run well at the track, but keep in mind its WAY more of a street car. Its all how "I" wanted it to be. Ive had numerous lsx cars but wanted to try my hand out on ltx's.

what internals do you have???? 175-200 wont last too long on stock stuff... you will be lucky if you hit at 10 with a 150

One question is with all that $$s spent why not go with a 355 or 383 with forged internals so you can spin the max out of that cam safely most stock SB LT1s don't like the 6800 RPM for to long.. And also why no custom grind the cc306 is nice and makes good numbers but with heads like that I would want custom.

The LT4s are not all that and to truely get a motor that small to use them you will need more cam and to spin much higher, beyond what the pcm can handle, then it will really suck on the street.

From what I have seen even on strokers, guys are better off with ported LT1 castings than LT4 especially on street cars. I just pay attention to RESULTS rather than what is "supposed" to be best though. Those Mustang drivers that kept crossing the finish line behind me last night will tell you I must have something figured out.

Man,its already done and getting a tune, just wondering what it will make, It is a stock bottom end(but in the near future it will be forged when I do change my setup, and go custom ground cam). But because of the bottom end,i will only be spinning it to 6300,and a 125 shot with a safe tune.I just wanted to know if anyone had an idea (guess)what this setup would make? I know it will run a high 10/low 11 atleast, with tires and a good 60ft. But i plan on doing alot more to this car in the future. And i am not a fan of strokers, they never seem to last very long, and wear out quickly with a power adder. Trust me i know .
