Hooker LT's + Mufflex ORY = Clearance issues?

Just wondered if anyone else has run into this. When we put up the Longtubes a couple weekends back the driver side collector was pointed straight into the Transmission support bracket. We did some minor grinding and did a little "customization" of the pipe coming off that collector into the Y-pipe. Wasnt a huge deal really, just wondering if anyone had encountered similar clearance issues with this setup?

Yes had the same problem and many others. Mufflex blames Hooker saying there hedders are not all the same. My Y-Pipe was 3 inches to short on the passnager side.

I have a set of Grot Headers on my car and mufflex y. If you ask me, the Y was a POS. I had to cut 2in of the drivers side of the Y and weld the 2in piece onto the pass side for it to be even close to fitting. It took a really serious BFH mod to get the thing to stop banging around, along with custom brackers (good thing I know a welder  ). Ill take pics next time I have the Z up on stands.
