Got in the 11's today went to the track with some new 315/35/17 et streets to see if I could get some good times out of the car. 96 formula automatic, performabuilt level 1 4l60e with 26-2800 stall zr1's with 315's et street radials slp cold air intake stock manifolds, cats, exhaust pipe, flowmaster 80 series welded on stock longblock with 135k miles TNT F2 nitrous with 150hp jets ran an 11.96 113mph on a 1.61 short time, this is with factory stock worn out suspension, stock torque arm, stock rearend with 3.23 gear, needless to say I'm pretty surprised and happy with the results I've gotten out of it. |
Congrats! Tony. |
Wow! With my mods and some ET streets, I think I could hit some high 11s too. Believe it or not, the previous owner ran 12.2 w/ some drag radials and mods in sig. |
nice numbers, I wish I could see the track soon :eyes: |
1.61 60 Foot :eek2: |
Good job. |
Nitrous is good ! |
Nice run and Congrats |
Congratz !! |
Nice #'s, congrats! |
awesome. congratulations thats pretty impressive for a bone stock car with just a 150 shot. |
Nice run |
Nice..didn't think the 315/35's could grab that good. I might go that route now..:drive: |
Just curious but why would you expect them to have less traction? |
I am talking about the 60'..side wall flex with those profile of tires..not a whole lot of Side Wall with them. Looks like they do the job though. :judge: |
imagine what you could do with a 3500 Stall and 3.73's and Longtubes and True Duals .. and a 150 shot ... can u say Low 11's :) |
Definately...that car is hauling ass for what it is. |
did u use Et Street Drag Radials or the ET street slicks |
Congrates on the times I just saw this post very good :)
