Default Port Matched Intake

I have ported and polished heads, but not a port matched intake. is it worth it to take it off and have it done? what kind of gain can i expect to get from doing it?

I would port match it if it was my motor! You should have better throttle responce and better mid to top end pull.

Ouch very modest.
I gained 20 HP and 37 TQ from my port matched intake alone. Anyone would be crazy to get that far with a H/C and not match the intake!

EDIT: I re-read and you did not include with a cam I see-oh well take my info for what it's worth.

The second time I had my intake runners port matched and the manifold ported for a 58mm throttle body I gained 15rwhp. So I would guess 10-20rwhp depending on the port job, tune, setup ect... It was a huge difference on the topend though, very worthwhile.
