Default radiator question

there is a port near the top on the passenger side tank on my stock radiator. where is it supposed to go??

a little more info? theres a couple of ports on the sides of the tanks, one port is the return from the heads, theres 2 others female threaded ports on the sides as well for a trans cooler, if your car is an M6 it dont use those.

The top most goes to the coolant over flow tank on the pass side, under the battery,

The very top hose connection goes to the overflow tank. The next hose connection down goes to the return line from the rear of the heads.

the connection i am talking about is the third one down on the passenger side tank. Its a female and kind of angled up a lil bit. its big enough to fit a 5/8 heater hose inside of it.
