Default Time for SFC's..suggestions??

I only want to spend around $150-$200 and I want weld-ins. It really doesn't matter if its BMR or UMI, what do most go with? Thanks

Their all the same. Just get whatever is cheaper or look better to you. Both company's have very good customer service.

Whats the difference in boxed and tubular when theyre the same price? Weight is also important to me. I noticed a set of Spohn SFCs was 17.5lbs, how about the UMI and BMR's?

Option 1: Weld
Option 2: Bolt, then weld.

Personally I got the boxed UMI ones. I got them because I liked the fact that they boxed in the LCA mounts as well. I have never heard of someone having problems with those areas but if I can strengthen them to prevent any possible damage, I am all for it.

Im buying the UMI three point just because i can. I can't imagine anything else being better than that!

Just gunna get the bolt in ones and bolt in then weld. That way i KNOW they are where they need to be when i start welding =)

The 3 points with my torque arm will just tie my entire car together and i like how it looks.

I'm just really concerned with weight, and right now Im putting down around 390whp and have absolutely no suspension. I can hook due to my ET streets but I know my chassis wants to twist like a pretzel, so that's why its time for SFCs. I also realize it gets to a point where you literally need suspension to get that horsepower to the ground.
So will I be fine for that purpose with the $150ish one's? Im not concerned about looks or anything. I suppose I could buy bolt-ons and have them welded.

You are passed due for suspension! The more power you make the more suspension mods will help you out, and you will def notice a big difference even just driving it around town. Also, unlike some(most) LT1 engine stuff, suspension is a breeze to install(and you barely get dirty ).

You will be fine with the bolt-ons assuming you get them welded in afterwards, especially if you drive your car often.

Will SFCs make a noticeable difference in handling? I also have my front sway bar removed with skinnies. My car DOES NOT turn whatsoever now.
