LT1 for 67 Camaro having probs

I'm looking at a 94 Z28 with the LT1 to transplant everything into my 67 camaro. Trying to get the LT1 running right first.

The 94 Z I'm looking at has a rebuilt engine about 1,000 miles ago. Problem is it dies when going slow. Every time! I've heard IAC motor and other little things. What are your thoughts?

not sure what the problem is with your motor but if i had to do it all over again i would surely look into swapping to an ls1. I swapped an lt1 into my 67. Also If you havent checked out the ats spindles yet do beacuse all though they are expensive they are well worth the investment.

+1 on the ls1 for your 67 camaro definitely easier to work on and more aftermarket /tuners/etc. for the ls1. you should have enough fun with the transplant alone much less an lt1 with problems already..
