Power Braking from roll

i would like to know what u guys think of powerbraking from roll being that iam an a4 and cant really down shift lol..... : coulnd i get a better start from a roll by doing this or is this just going to put a hurting on my car????????

the only point for power braking is to heat up the tires befor a pass....doing it froma roll would put some serious stress on your rotors and possibly warp them...

that mthod is called "brake boosting" the only way you will achieve this is if you had a turbo.we do this to help create boost while already rolling.
will not work on a Normally Aspirated car.

yea i herd of that on boosted car before just was not sure if it would help any with getting the rpms up high in the power band

im not sayin u should do that, but y cant you down shift? you have a shifter right? just pull it back to 1. and are you trying to do this to heat your tires up or just for fun?
