NGK TR55 or TR5 regapped are usually a good choice.

Once you have a plug in the right heat range though, a plug is a plug, don't buy into gimicks.

Are your's TR55s? That might be part of your problem. You should run TR6 since you have really high cylinder pressure and you have nitrous.

You told me TR55 would be the best cock sucker.

Don't listen to me

arent the tr6 colder to prevent pre-ignition of nitrous? I would think hotter is better as long as no pre ignition.

Another TR55 user here...15,000 or so miles them so far...I run 11.2:1 compression and gap them at .035"...They are nice plugs at a good price...

You should be fine w/NGK TR55 gapped @.50.

SpeedDensityZ 01-06-2008 01:36 AM

TR55 or Autolites. Had no problem with either and had equal performance.

StealthFormula 01-06-2008 11:28 AM

TR55's for me too. You would be fine at .50 like Bolo said, I personally gapped them mine.35 which would be fine too and they work great, my tuner said it takes less pressure off the opti if gapped at .35.

To many issues with NGKs, We have not had any problems with Autolites ;)

I'm currently running TR55's, but I think Denso's are still the best.

Revelation Z28 01-06-2008 04:08 PM

im running TR55's and fouled a few out. so im going to replace them with a fresh set gapped at.040.
