Ok i have my lt1 of course, But i have always wanted a ls1 just never found a good deal on a car. I know the ls1 is a better motor never argued that. All the talk about switching over to ls1 has got me thinking. Of course daniel on here did it and had good results, and i thought it was harder but its not a big deal as i thought. I just got a offered a good deal on a ls1 long block with a cam and supported valve train. Now all my lt1 guys will love me cuz i have alot of great parts i can sell no prob. Im going to post them up in the texas thread in a while.

yea i got enough **** to sell to get the money to do the swap, and i have a friend that has already done it so i will have his help.

Not laughing either. I love the LS1 but like the body on LT1 cars better. Go for it.

not funny at all, ive been considering a 6.0 swap with 4l80e tranny into my 96... i just wish i could find out what all i would need for the swap so i can get a price estimate...
