Solder the wires back together and heat shrink it. Good as new.

just solder it back together, or if you cant do that just twist it back together and electrical tape it.

Um, wire strippers and a butt connector. It takes less time to fix the wire than it does to jack the car up. So you strip the wires that you cut, slide them into a butt connector and crimp them. Presto, you're done. It took more time to type this out than it should take you to fix the sliced wire.

Its to an o2 sensor though. You want the best possible connection.

There is a small voltage drop. Thats the reason that People are saying solder. The o2's only tranfer a small amount of voltage. Alittle bit make a big diference.

Definitely needs a solder joint. We're talking millivolts... a good connection is not only a good idea, but it's absolutely necessary.

Yeah, cutting that wire like that is shorting the pcm down, just solder back together and good to go.

I call it a small flathead screwdriver.

You solder the 2 wires that were cut. It'll only be like 1/8" shorter than it originally was.

You're making this out to be harder than it is.

Example...

Wire: -------------
Cut Wire: ------/-------
Soldered Wire: -----=-----
Old Length vs New Length
-------------
-----=-----
