Anyone ever made 98-02 flat style hood for 93-97?

You mean w/o the "vents" in the front? I've never seen one.

If take cowl part off this hood it would be flat
i think it would look good. wouldn't have them fake vents

yeah that looks good, VFH makes custom stuff and they list a flat hood in their catalog, I emailed them about it and to have the z28 style cowl hood, like your image above and they said they could do that, so I am sure they can make it flat. But when I at another point called and was talking to them about their flat hood, I asked if it had the fake vents and they said it does, but they can also cut them out and put grates in there if I wanted. So give them a call or email with your photoshop images and see what they say, hell I'd be down for one since I was probably just going to get thier pin-on stock hood anyway...

the chop does look pretty slick. do one on a z28. with no crease down the middle just smooth all the way.
