Default Which exhaust? I've narrowed it down to these two (pics/link)

http://www.jegs.com/p/Flowtech/845085/10002/-1/11525

that the flowtech universal x-pipe from jegs (obviously) VS.

http://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS/755652/10002/-1/11525

and thats just a regular universal x-pipe from them.

basically what im asking is what do you guys prefer? is the extra 45$ worth it to have cutouts after the X ?

also any quality issues etc w/e you think!.. just wanted some opinions thanks !

oh-and i'll be going with 2.5"

i just can't decide between the one w/cutouts and w/o

Why not get the Jegs kit with the cutouts right after the header connection? That's what I plan to do this summer once I get some Pacesetter LT's. http://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS/759968/10002/-1/11525

the cut outs do not restrict when closed because it actually has tubing connected to the cap that goes all the way in to fill the void that would be there its shaped to follow the path of the pipe

I was just thinking that maybe you'd get a few extra ponies with the cutouts right after the headers, instead of after the x-pipe. And it'd probably be easier access to them if you're not going to convert them to electric.
