Bringing this one to the front as I have a question on this myself:

Where did you/should you tap into this wire? Under the dash by the diagnostic port or somewhere in the engine bay? -> Missed any answers in my search

Trying to narrow my search for integrating the wideband data into Datamaster/EEHack.

Thanks, everyone!

The connector is pretty close to the pcm on the shock tower. Little 3 or 2 wire plug with yellow seal. Tap into the output and run wire back into the cabin through the rubber firewall grommet.

Remember to change the AC pressure thresholds in the tune. Otherwise the wideband output will start triggering your cooling fans.

See post #42 here...

Ditto on what Catmaigne said(excellent suggestion). I didn't do that and the fans will cycle as the voltage changes with the wideband output.

One last question (might be stupid): How critical is it to match the wire gauge of the wideband since the blue and black wires need to be extends to the AC pressure sensor?

In other words: Would a different wire gauge size extension alter the data reading sent to the PCM for data logging?

Thanks!
